Intermediate and advanced students bring a deeper awareness to the energetics of asana practice, through more attention to breath, longer balancing poses, and practice with bandhas.

Sessions are either 75 minutes or 2 hours.

Beginners

Yoga is a technical practice, and the better your habits are from the beginning, the more quickly and joyfully your practice will progress. Most importantly, good technique means no injuries.

An introduction of the philosophy of Hatha yoga will warm you up to the path that we will walk, before you take the reins.

One session (75 min): $115/ (120 min): $150

Second person +$25/session

Intermediate and Advanced

Once the fundamentals are down, more focus can be brought to the internal reality of the practice.

In these private sessions, we will build up our strength so that we can work more consciously with the breath in each pose. Bandhas will eventually be integrated. Your body will be prepared for longer periods of meditation.

One session (75 min): $135/ (120 min) $175

Six sessions (75 min): $750/ (120 min) $950

Second person +$35/session

Meditation.

Meditation is a small part of each yoga session, but if you are a student serious about meditation then these sessions are for you.

We will warm up the body and breath before you are guided through yoga nidra and back into seated meditation. I will hold space through frequency and small directions to bring you deeper towards your center. We will end in total silence and stillness.

Please be patient with yourself and your practice, especially if you are used to engaging in the frenetic pace of a big city. Aum.
